European cliff diving championships won by Briton


Some of the world's most skilled divers have gathered in southern Switzerland to take part in the European cliff diving championships.

The sport originated in Hawaii as a way for young men to demonstrate their courage and loyalty to their chief.

But modern competitors are judged on their speed and agility, as British entrant Blake Aldridge explained to Imogen Foulkes.
