Underground Philippine gunsmiths hired by legal gun maker

Help

Several underground gun workshops in the coastal Philippine city of Danao were shut down recently following police raids.

Their skilled gunsmiths were put back to work by a local arms manufacturer which sells the weapons on to the USA, Australia and Europe.

But anti-gun activists in the Philippines are worried that their country is getting too used to living with a culture of guns.

Peter Price reports.
