Pandas move into 'wildlife training' habitat

Help

Six Chinese pandas have begun their lives in a controlled wildlife area in south-western Sichuan province, in an effort to prepare them to be sent back to their natural habitat in the future.

The captive-born pandas, raised by the Chengdu Giant Panda Rehabilitation Project, were released for 'wildlife training' in a protected forest area covering more than 130 hectares named Panda Valley.
