Big plans for 'Dwarf City' in the Philippines


If you are only three or four foot tall, everyday life can be a challenge - especially if you live in the Philippines, a country that does not provide much state support.

People of small stature are often ridiculed and stigmatised, and frequently find the only jobs they can get are in the entertainment industry - where their size is the main form of entertainment.

But now the Little People's Association of the Philippines want to set up their own community called "Dwarf City", as Kate McGeown found out.
