Japan earthquake: Clearing Kesennuma an 'enormous task'
Efforts to clear up the debris from the earthquake and tsunami are underway in parts of Japan, but getting around the affected coastal region is extremely difficult.
The BBC's Rachel Harvey is in Kesennuma, in the north east of Miyagi Prefecture, just one of the places devastated by the tsunami.
