Former Australian PM Kevin Rudd helps Brisbane evacuees

As people begin to evacuate Brisbane ahead of the peak of the floods, ABC News correspondent Scott Bevan caught up with the former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, who took to the water to help residents in Norman Park.
