Help

Millions of Hindu pilgrims have begun converging on the Indian city of Allahabad for one of the world's largest religious gatherings, the Kumbh Mela.

It is where the Ganges and Yamuna rivers converge and Hindus believe bathing here can wash away their sins.

More than 30 million pilgrims are expected to bathe on Sunday which is considered the most auspicious day of the festival.

The BBC's Sanjoy Majumder reports from Allahabad.
