Police are guarding government buildings in a town in southern China after two nights of rioting by migrant workers.

About 100 people were injured in the trouble in Shaxi, a manufacturing town in Guangdong province.

The clash was the latest in a series of recent incidents involving tensions between locals and migrant workers.

The BBC's John Sudworth reports.
