Interim PM vows No reforms before Thai election

Thailand's caretaker prime minister has said that he accepts the need for change, but is not willing to agree to any opposition demands for reforms before elections are held.

Niwatthamrong Boonsongpaisan used his first news conference since taking power to insist Thailand does still have a functioning government.
