Confrontation between Vietnam and China overshadows summit

South East Asian leaders are holding a summit in Myanmar, also known as Burma, for the first time on Sunday.

But plans to focus economic integration may be somewhat overshadowed by the ongoing confrontation between Vietnam and China in the South China Sea.
