Thai protests: Grenades thrown at anti-government protesters

At least 28 people have been injured in an attack on anti-government protesters in Bangkok.

Two grenades were thrown at activists who are aiming to shut down Thailand's capital and force the government to quit.

It is not clear who was responsible for the attack.
