Cameron and Rajapaksa shake hands at Commonwealth summit

The Commonwealth summit in Sri Lanka is getting under way amid divisions and boycotts over the country's fitness to host the event.

The BBC's James Robbins says Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa and Prime Minister David Cameron shook hands "coldly and stiffly".
