Tearful Kevin Rudd bids farewell to Australian parliament

Australia's former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has bid a tearful farewell to MPs during an emotional final address to parliament in Canberra.

Mr Rudd, who led the Labor Party at the general election in September but lost to Tony Abbott, used his speech to pay tribute to his family and assure political enemies that he bore no grudges.
