S Korea 'deploys warships to track missiles from North'

South Korea has deployed two warships with missile-defence systems in response to North Korea moving missiles to its east coast.

The dispute over its nuclear weapons programme has seen Pyongyang ramp up its rhetoric and make specific threats to target US territory.
