Salman Rushdie on acting ambition
Sir Salman Rushdie is in India promoting the screen adaptation of his Booker award-winning novel, Midnight's Children.
Mr Rushdie wrote the screenplay and narrated the film, and says he would be interested in more acting.
He spoke to the BBC's Rajini Vaidyanathan in Mumbai.
