Pakistan bus explosion kills several in Karachi

Several people have been killed by an explosion in a bus in Pakistan's southern city of Karachi.

It was parked at a terminal when the blast ripped through it.

The country's interior minister Rehman Malik said the explosion was caused by a bomb, as the BBC's Karin Giannone explains.
