Philippines typhoon: more than 400 dead and number rising
President Benigno Aquino has travelled to areas in the southern Philippines devastated by a powerful typhoon that struck earlier this week.
Aid workers say getting shelter to thousands of people made homeless is now of the utmost importance.
More than 400 people have been killed and the BBC's Kate McGeown says the death toll is still rising.
