The Olympics sought to 'Inspire a Generation', but the Paralympics is all about changing perceptions.
According to Australian Paralympian Matthew Cowdrey, helping to change stereotypes is perhaps his greatest achievement.
That, as well as being on the verge of becoming Australia's most successful Paralympian ever.
