Help

Two million people have been affected by flooding in the Philippines after the heaviest monsoon season for three years. At least nineteen people have been killed and more than eighty thousand are being looked after in emergency shelters.

Almost two thirds of the capital, Manila, was swamped by flood waters after a week of torrential storms.

Kate McGeown reports.
