Afghan art looted and feared lost returns home

Help

More than 800 archaeological artefacts have been returned to Afghanistan's national museum at a ceremony in Kabul.

Many of the precious objects were looted during the country's civil war and ended up for sale on the black market.

They have been recovered with the help of the British Museum and the UK Ministry of Defence.

Aleem Maqbool reports from Kabul.
