A Buddhist temple destroyed 75 years ago, during anti-religious campaigns in Stalin's regime, was rebuilt in the Tuva region of Southern Siberia.
The opening festivities included a music festival and a procession that saw one thousand Buddha statues carried to the Ustuu-Khuree temple.
