Crackdown to stop billions being smuggled from Afghanistan
Afghan authorities have limited the amount of money their citizens can take abroad to $20,000.
Despite Afghanistan being fully reliant on financial aid in the last 10 years, the government says about $5bn was taken out of the country in the last year alone.
