Thai Customs seize half a ton of ivory from Kenya
Thanks to a tip off, Thai customs officials have busted the smuggling of half a ton of ivory into their country.
Over 150 pieces of ivory from the tusks of around 50 elephants were confiscated at Suvarnnabhum airport in Bangkok, and are now likely to be destroyed.
Thailand is one of the main destinations for the illegal ivory trade.
