Japan: Baby panda dies in Tokyo zoo from pneumonia
A rare baby panda, born amid much excitement in a Japanese zoo last week, has died.
Zoo keepers tried to revive the cub after it was found motionless in its pen.
Officials at the zoo in Tokyo believe it may have died from pneumonia when it was being fed by its mother, Shin Shin.
The BBC's Mariko Oi said the panda's birth had created enormous excitement in Japan, with local media updating the public on the cub's progress every day.
