Pro-democracy protesters take to Hong Kong streets
Tens of thousands of people have been taking part in the annual pro-democracy Hong Kong protest to air their grievances and anger over China's poor human rights record.
They also used the protest to express their mistrust of the new leader, CY Leung, who was sworn in as Hong Kong's new leader earlier in the day.
More from the BBC's Juliana Liu and legislator Albert Chan Wai-yip.
