Can Afghans take the security lead as Nato troops leave?

Nato ministers maintain the war in Afghanistan is still on track, with troops aiming to leave the country in 2014.

Bases are being wound down, but as Quentin Sommerville reports, hopes that Afghans will soon be able to take the lead in securing their own country, may be optimistic.
