Aung San Suu Kyi hopes for new era in Burma after election win

Burmese opposition leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, has addressed cheering supporters and said she hoped her party's strong performance in Sunday's by-elections marked a new era for the country.

Aung San Suu Kyi's comments came as she addressed a crowd of supporters outside NLD headquarters in Rangoon, Burma's commercial capital.
