Burma's Aung San Suu Kyi wins by-election, says NLD party


Votes are being counted in Burma, to decide a series of by-elections.

They are seen as a key test of the military-backed government's commitment to political reform.

The party of the pro-democracy campaigner, Aung San Suu Kyi, says she has been elected to parliament for the first time.
