Afghanistan massacre: Karzai says US 'not co-operating'
Afghan President Hamid Karzai has accused the US of not fully co-operating with the investigation into the killing of 16 civilians by a rogue American soldier.
Mr Karzai was speaking after meeting relatives of the victims, some of whom say there was more than one soldier involved.
The man accused of the killings is on his way to the US from Kuwait, where he had been held, and is expected to face a military tribunal there.
Lyse Doucet reports from Kabul.
