Turkish helicopter crashes in Kabul, Afghanistan


A Turkish military helicopter has fallen on a house in the Afghan capital Kabul, killing at least 12 Turkish soldiers and two children.

The aircraft was on a peace keeping mission according to military officials.

The cause of the crash has not been established although a technical fault is being blamed.

A Nato official said there were no reports of insurgent activity.
