Afghanistan's taekwondo team in training for Olympic glory
Afghanistan has only ever won one medal at the Olympic Games - in Beijing in 2008.
This year the country is sending two taekwondo competitors to represent them at the London games.
Nesar Ahmad Bahawi is one of the hopefuls. He has been training six hours a day for the last two months.
