From City worker to relief worker in Japan
One British man, Jamie El Banna, has described how he set up a relief centre in Japan following the country's devastating earthquake and tsunami in March 2011.
London-born Jamie, 26, moved to Japan in 2008 after becoming bored of working in the City, and had never done any volunteer work in his life before.
