The unopened 'Pleasure Hospital' of Bobo

Victims of female genital mutilation in Burkina Faso are struggling to get surgery to remove the pain and increase pleasure during sex.

A hospital for this purpose was built in the country by donors from the Raelian movement in America but never opened.
