Treating the injured from CAR in Cameroon hospital

African peacekeepers have managed to move around 2,000 Muslims fleeing the Central African Republic to Cameroon.

Rwandan troops escorting the convoy fought off attacks from Christian militia who were armed with guns and machetes. Ten people were killed.

Focus on Africa's Kassim Kayira, who has been travelling with the Rwandan soldiers, reports from a hospital in Cameroon treating the injured.
