South Sudan refugees flee to Uganda

South Sudan's military says it has recaptured the oil hub of Bentiu from rebels but ceasefire talks in neighbouring Ethiopia have stalled.

Meanwhile, thousands of refugees fleeing the violence in South Sudan have been crossing the border into Uganda, but food is in short supply and basic services lacking.

BBC Focus on Africa's Kasim Kayira reports from Uganda.
