With the Africa Cup of Nations taking place in South Africa, many talent hunters are there looking for the next African superstar.
The BBC's Alex South spoke to agent Mike Makkab, from South Africa's ProSport International, and scout Lutz Pfannenstiel, from German club TSG Hoffenheim.
