Algeria hostage crisis: Inside the In Amenas complex

Help

The BBC has been given access to the In Amenas gas facility in Algeria, where only a few weeks ago 48 foreign workers were taken hostage and killed by Islamic militants.

There are visible signs of damage to the pipes where it is thought the gunmen shackled their captives and set off a bomb when they realised Algerian forces were on their way in.

Richard Galpin reports from the centre of the complex.
