Ban Ki-Moon: 'UN should not intervene in Mali'
The United Nations Secretary General has said the organisation should not provide direct support for the ongoing military campaign against Islamist rebels in Mali.
Ban Ki-Moon warned that involvement might put UN staff across the region at risk of reprisals.
Meanwhile French-backed government forces have reported further successes in the country.
