Help

Nigerian star Olubankole Wellington, better known by his stage name Banky W, is one of the top R&B musicians in West Africa.

The 31-year-old songwriter and singer also produces records and runs the EME label.

He is also active on the political front and last year played a prominent role in the "Occupy Nigeria" protests against the removal of an oil subsidy.

He recently visited BBC Africa's studios in London and spoke to Fidelis Mbah about politics and music.
