Kenya church blast: 'People ran for their lives'
One child has been killed and six critically injured in a grenade attack on a church Sunday school in the Kenyan capital Nairobi, according to the Red Cross.
A police spokesman said it was suspected that sympathisers of Somalia's al-Shabab Islamist militants were behind the attack on St Polycarp's church on Juja Road.
Eyewitness Irene Wambui was in the building at the time and described a chaotic scene with "people running for their lives".
