Robert Mugabe laments 'brutal and barbaric' death of Gaddafi

Zimbabwe's president Robert Mugabe has told a meeting of the UN General Assembly in New York Nato's action in 2011 had contributed to the death of Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi.

The 88-year-old spoke haltingly as he condemned the death as a blow to the whole continent of Africa.
