From Kenya to London - 'My first time at Paralympics'


Until recently, 21-year-old Alex from Kenya had never left his village and had never heard of the Paralympic Games.

Now he's travelled to Nairobi for the first time, where he caught a plane for the first time and come to London for the first time to see the Games themselves.

The former Olympic gold medallist rower Matthew Pinsent has been following his story.
