South Africa Lonmin killings: Thousands join mine protest
Thousands of people are protesting outside a platinum mine where 34 people were shot dead during a confrontation with police on Thursday.
The government has announced an inquiry into the violence.
Meanwhile controversial youth leader Julius Malema has travelled to the mine to address the miners.
The BBC's Milton Nkosi says their message remains the same, despite the shootings.
