Ethiopia's Belachew Girma is a man with a mission - to make others laugh.
He is convinced that laughter is the best medicine and manages the Laughter for All organisation, based in Addis Ababa.
He told the BBC's Focus on Africa TV programme why pregnant women are visiting what he calls Africa's first laughter school.
