Boko Haram violence exploiting divisions in Nigeria

The campaign of violence in northern Nigeria by the Islamist insurgent group Boko Haram, shows no sign of ending, with several hundred people being killed in recent months.

Boko Haram wants Islamic law imposed across Nigeria, and has bombed numerous churches in what is seen as an attempt to exploit existing divisions in the country.
