Tight security in Somali refugee camps
Thousands of displaced people make their homes in the vast refugee camps which have sprung up in Somalia.
The BBC's Africa correspondent Andrew Harding discovered when he visited a camp run by the Turkish Red Crescent that the camps are growing fast and the need for food and medicine is ever present.
