Red Cross plans aid mission to Misrata by boat

Libyan government forces have destroyed four fuel storage tanks and set several others ablaze in rebel-held Misrata.

As the conflict continues, the potential for humanitarian calamity has increased.

In Benghazi, Andrew Harding spoke to Simon Brooks, head of the International Red Cross in Libya, about the mission to bring aid by boat to Misrata.
