Libya: UK urging help for civilians trapped in Misrata

Help

There are fresh reports of shelling in the rebel-held city of Misrata in western Libya, after 17 people where reported to have been killed on Sunday.

The UK's International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell will discuss plans later to increase aid and medical supplies and ensure better access during a meeting at the UN in New York.
