Sexual violence in war: A global problem in 100 seconds

A landmark global summit is under way in London aiming to stem the tide of rape and sexual violence in conflict.

From Colombia to the DR Congo, and from the Central African Republic to Syria, rape is used as a weapon of war.

Many thousands of women are sexually abused in conflict situations each year.

As celebrities, politicians and experts meet, the BBC looks at the numbers that reveal the scale of the problem.
