Syria crisis: Russia and US in tense Syria talks

Russia and the US have been holding talks in Geneva on a plan to place Syria's chemical weapons under international control.

Earlier Syrian President Bashar al-Assad admitted to having a stockpile of chemical weapons and agreed to surrender his arsenal.
